Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming calls/emails/Social media enquiries from customers.
- Perform reconciliations on the client accounts records when needed.
- Ensure the client referential data are entered in the information system by adhering strictly to the existing operating procedures and promotion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Input data from paper documents into computer systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data and make corrections when necessary.
- Analytical and detailed oriented.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Excellent customer service attitude, Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Hard-working, punctual.
- Well-organized, Independent and Self-initiated.
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning and management skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services, e-commerce experience will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- 5 days’ work per week, 10 hours work.
