Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling inbound and out-bound calls in a timely and professional manner;
  • Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers;
  • Maintain good customers relationships and perform high quality customer service;

 

Requirements

  • HKCEE/ DSE or above
  • At least 3 year working experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Working Hours : 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon - Fri)
  • Location : Jordan
