Customer Operations Manager/ Customer Business Support Manager

As a part of the group’s global operations, the division caters to diverse needs of a wide spectrum of customers, both directly and via its distribution partner network, providing quality component solutions for many applications and industries.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Sales & Supply chain to optimize operations and achieve departmental and business goals through collaboration and continuous improvement.
  2. Managing and leading a team of Sales co members to identify the customer issues (Pushout, Pull-in, Cancel, RMA, Quality, Stocks…)
  3. Oversee Customer & Supply chain operations in the APAC region, coordinating sales order / purchasing, inventory, logistics, and warehousing in Hong Kong and 3PL. Leverage knowledge of import/export practices to create efficient, cost-effective solutions and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Execute supply planning strategies to ensure seamless alignment with shipment delivery schedules and proactively address customer requirements.
  5. Developing and implementing Sales operational policies and strategic plans to achieve company objectives.Managing and utilising performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency, identify problem areas and implement corrective measures.
  6. Liaising with other department to ensure coordinated efforts and efficient operations.
  7. Alert GM about the daily issues from sales co members (CM/OEM share drop, price changes, part number changes, quotation issues, etc)
  8. Quotation approvals for inside sales business
  9. Manage customer to pay payment in time & Control the stock to avoid stock idle or slow moving
  10. Managing all company database & prepare and analysis the sales data reports to senior management
  11. And ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in U.S. companies, with a preference for electronics & supply chain experience in the APAC region.
  • Proven experience in operations, preferably within a Customer services or supply chain environment
  • Proficient in SAP systems and data analysis software
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in customer service management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
