Job Description

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company's healthcare services by leveraging consumer research and extensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and foster relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to engage with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan based on comprehensive data analysis, adapting sales techniques based on field interactions and results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to deliver exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business across all service categories.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and address objections effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and other necessary documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process, which may include product demos and presentations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • One to two years of sales experience (healthcare-related preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in sales distribution and account management, with knowledge and a network developed in the medical or healthcare field within the region being advantageous.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
