Corporate Sales Manager (MICE focus)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target business and focuses on growing revenues
• Identify and capitalize on new prospects, enhancing sales for groups, events, and catering to achieve company goals.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry partners to expand our offerings
• Maintain and develop comprehensive client database and track sales activities to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored proposals, deliver presentations, conduct site inspections for clients in a timely and professional manner.  and ensure successful execution of events
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and potential growth areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning and ensure successful execution of events

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields, bringing a solid foundation in the field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or MICE-related roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills
• A dedicated and proactive team player possessing strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in the use of presentation tools and software, essential for crafting and delivering compelling presentations
