Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in corporate gift and IP licensing projects. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of enterprise clients, a deep understanding of the gift industry, and expertise in IP licensing. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding our client base, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new corporate clients for customized gifting solutions and IP licensing collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Leverage existing enterprise relationships to cross-sell IP licensing opportunities (e.g., branded merchandise, promotional campaigns).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends in corporate gifting and IP licensing to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in corporate gift, promotional products, or IP licensing.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IP licensing processes (e.g., royalty structures, brand partnerships).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
- Immediate availability is preferred!
