Corporate Communications Officer (Ref: CCO - 240304)

• Responsible for preparing press releases and bilingual corporate communications materials including annual report, newsletter and corporate brochure, etc.
• To establish and maintain good relationship with corporate partners, voluntary bodies and media.
• To create contents and write case stories for corporate websites and social media platforms (in form of articles, images and/or videos).
• To assist in organization image-building.
• To assist in planning and coordinating the Agency’s fundraising activities and donations.
• To assist in departmental administration and internal communications.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Five-day work week.
• Work in Quarry Bay (Head Office).
• Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Candidates should have a degree in Marketing / Public Relation, Communications, Journalism, Translation, English / Chinese Language or related disciplines. He/she should have 4 years or above working experience in Public Relations / Communications role. Graphics design, Photographic, video shooting skills and good connection with mass media will be an advantage. He/she should be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, self-motivated, detail-minded and multi-tasking. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
