Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources and, monitor progress & timelines
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment & in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project budget and cost control, including tender sourcing, preparation of funding memos, tracking of expenses etc
  • Prepare project reports to stakeholders and management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and reports
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety

Requirements

  • University graduate with 5 years relevant working experience
  • With knowledge of renovation processes and construction & building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and detail minded
  • On contract basis
