Contract IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Helpdesk Support services to diagnose and solve problems reported by users

• Hardware and software inventory administration

• Participation in all phases of system upgrade projects including installation, configuration, system nursing and maintenance

 Requirements

• (i) Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE): Core Infrastructure, Or (ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

• Solid working experience in computer helpdesk support, system administration work

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

• Immediate available would be an advantage
