Content Manager (Beauty & Lifestyle 美妝)

This position will fit for those with experience in leading a team to handle content development in different digital platforms, strengthen our brand competitiveness, create/explore/expand & support the new or existing business opportunities in the market

Job Nature:

Content Operation

• Set the editorial directions and feature content creation
• Monitoring the website article direction for the platforms to meet the KPI
• Ensure healthy audience Engagement / Fans growth and Reach to be delivered in agreed KPI
• Monitor the digital media industry trend, seeking the opportunities and implement the content development strategy
• Ensure the content to be delivered under company’s SOP and have the competitive advantage in the market
• Responsible to maintain/minimize the cost of content, through driving team efficiency and effective resource allocation

Strategic planning

• Create editorial feature content to strengthen our brand awareness
• Create and implement right content strategy to achieve the brand objectives and support & extend the marketing and sales initiatives
• Responsible for overall brand future development, enhance the brand competitiveness through seeking the opportunities and exploring partnership

People Management

• Allocate the team’s / contributors resources to deliver the content
• Ensure the social content performance to be well delivered

Characters / Qualifications:

• Over 5 years experience and strong connection in the relevant field gained in the sizable organizations
• Experience in web interface and social media platforms
• Good understanding of the magazine and multi-media industries
• With management skill and business development experience
• Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills, judgment and execution ability
