About the role

As a Consultant - Real Estate and Relocation at Asia Pacific Properties Mobility Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive real estate services to our diverse client base. This full-time position is based in the Central Central and Western District, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our residential sales business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the real estate and relocation requirements of corporate clients from arrival to final settling in
  • Source residential properties and ensure property listings are current
  • Assist client with homesearch, tenancy agreements, property inspections, check in services and more
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on local housing trends and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other industry professionals
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant regulations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the residential sales department

What we're looking for

  • EAA license holder is mandatory
  • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex transactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the local residential property market and relevant regulations
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach to providing exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in English with Mandarin language skills an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
