Concierge

Responsibilities:

- Handle residents' check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way

- Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide local information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents

- Ensure high level of residents' satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents

- Co-ordinate with external service providers to meet residents' needs

- Stable working hours with no overnight duty

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management

- 2 to 3 years' relevant experience in serviced apartments, five-star hotels or front line customer services

- Pleasant personality, customer oriented and detail-minded

- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
