Commercial Manager for ESG, green building and carbon related services

To cope with our ongoing business expansion, we are looking for high-caliber and passionate professionals to join our team as Commercial Manager for green building and construction services, as well as ESG and carbon related services.

Responsibility: 

• Commercial Manager shall lead the sales and provide highest quality professional services and possess good aptitude in maintaining client relationships;
• Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy and green building certifications and construction projects;
• Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Computing is preferred;
• Professional with BEAM, LEED AP, WELL AP or China Green Building Label, Carbon LCA related experience will definitely be an advantage;
• Knowledge and experience of BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL, BREEAM and CGBL;
• Knowledge and experience in construction industry;
• Familiar with computer models for environmental assessment and built environment study (e.g. Building physics, CFD modeling, natural lighting and energy simulations);
• Minimum years of working experience: Senior sales role: 6 years; sales role: 3 years;
• Consultants need to master good project management and presentation skills to support team leader in delivering professional technical submissions;
• Strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills;
• Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment;
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English).
