Commercial & Administration Officer/
Assistant Commercial & Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tender documents and contracts
- Responsible for coordination with oversea manufacturers
- Sourcing of new products or new manufacturers
- Prepare marketing materials and supporting documents.
- Responsible for general office administration works.
- Carry out duties and works assigned by directors.
Requirements:
- Form 7, DSE or above.
- At least 3 years working experience at similar nature of works.
- Positive “can-do” attitude.
- Eager to learn and take up responsibility.
- Can work under pressure with tight deadline schedule.
- Honest and loyal to company.
- Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
Working on one Saturday morning for every month is required.
Salary and Prospect:
- After successfully completion of 2 months probation period, we will offer a year end bonus which makes up to totally 13 months salary per year.
Candidate with good performance can be promoted to Commercial Manager.
