Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract period for maternity cover position (1 Sept 2025 to 15 Jan 2026)
  • Permanent contract for clinic clerk position
  • Assist doctor in consultation and treatments
  • Front desk registration, handling phone calls, patients bookings/enquiries and payments
  • Provide clerical support to doctor and nurses and follow up on patient reports
  • Handling of medical claims
  • Scanning, filing and tracking of medical records
  • Clinic purchases and inventory control of medical supplies
  • Data entry including basic accounting inputs, invoice checking and filing
  • Take care of general office operations – supplies, documents, repairs
  • Other administrative and clinical duties as assigned
  • Working Time:  Mon-Fri 9am-6pm & Sat 10am-1pm


Requirement

  • F.5 / HKCEE / HKDSE with passes in Chinese and English
  • Previous work experience in medical clinics preferred
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Willing to learn and a team player with good communication / interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced & deadline oriented environment
  • Accurate, detailed minded, flexible, self-motivated/disciplined and good sense of responsibility
  • Good PC skills in microsoft word/excel/data input, experience with Clinic Solution an advantage
