Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative functions for the department, including data input and documentation
  • Take phone message and handle simple enquiries 
  • Prepare client analysis reports
  • Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related actions
  • Internal courier 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or above. 
  • 1 year working experience in office work is an advantage
  • Good command in English
  • Fresh graduates are highly welcome
