Job Description

Job Duties

  • Provide clerical support to the Department / Team in Construction Industry
  • Undertake general clerical duties including data entry, typing, photocopying, and record-keeping
  • Maintain and update records such as attendance and leave records , HRIS data, and filing system
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Routine office work is required
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 years working experience, preferably in HR and Administration is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner & communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skill
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferable
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitude will be considered
