Job Duties
- Provide clerical support to the Department / Team in Construction Industry
- Undertake general clerical duties including data entry, typing, photocopying, and record-keeping
- Maintain and update records such as attendance and leave records , HRIS data, and filing system
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Routine office work is required
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 years working experience, preferably in HR and Administration is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing applications
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner & communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skill
- Experience in the construction industry is preferable
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Fresh graduates with positive attitude will be considered
