Job Description

Job Responsibilities Included (but not limited to)

  • Provide administrative and logistics support to student admissions exercises and school events etc;
  • Support the production of the School’s publications;
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth daily school administration;
  • Help promote and maintain the positive image of the school;
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the School.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  • Hold a Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines;
  • Possess working experience in Project / Event Management is preferred;
  • Possess relevant experience in Database management is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Possess high level of organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules;

*Potential Candidates with higher qualification / more experience will be considered, with the rank of Executive Assistant.
