Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team including remote team to manage month-end, interim, and year-end consolidation closing for management reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors to prepare annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documents, banks and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements.
- Handle performance bonds, licensing renewal and support tendering.
- Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience with bank financing.
- Hands on with preparing consolidation package and familiar with disclosure requirement for listing company.
- Prior experience in the construction industry and managing remote team is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
