Chemistry & Physics (A-Levels) Science Teacher

In addition to subject tutoring, we offer standardized test preparation for U.S. and U.K. exams, as well as school entrance exams. Our programs cater to students from kindergarten through primary, secondary, and university levels. We also offer support for families navigating the admissions process and cultural transitions. Currently, we operate four learning centers across three locations in Hong Kong.

We are currently seeking Chemistry and Physics teachers who can conduct lessons in English and Putonghua to teach students through the IGCSE and A-levelscurriculum. Candidates must be able to contribute in a results-oriented and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct Science Subjects such as Chemistry and Physics for both international and local Students

• Be able to perform student assessments, develop teaching plans, and implement curriculum lesson plans and educational programs for students within areas of expertise.
• Prepare personalized teaching materials and reports on student progress, and set learning goals.
• Provide students with constructive feedback and assign homework
• Be well-informed and sensitive to cultural issues, and build meaningful connections with students from diverse backgrounds
• Be friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic - show interest in your students and care about their progress; recognise different learning styles and student preferences

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or equivalent programmes
• Able to speak English fluently with an accurate accent and converse in basic Putonghua
• Preferred at least 4 years of teaching experience
• Experience in teaching Science & STEM subjects is highly preferred
• A general understanding of IB, AS & A-Level, I/GCSE, AP, and DSE courses is highly preferred
• Previous experience in an international school or local school is highly preferred
• Native English and Bilingual speakers (fluent in Putonghua) are both welcome
• Passionate about teaching students, patient, committed, motivated, confident, enthusiastic, friendly, and versatile
