Center Manager

Job Description:

• Manage all the centre’s programs for young children

• Communicate with parents, evaluate students’ performance and report to parents

• Prepare monthly notice to parents

• Generate ideas for improving our programs and maximize value to both parents and children

• Responsible to develop and prepare teaching materials

• Responsible to design and implement new programs

• General centre hygiene and up-keeping

• Responsible to keep monitoring the quality of teaching

• Provide training to all colleagues

• Give suggestions to other colleagues

• Prepare monthly staff roster

• Lead a team to achieve the goal

• 5-day work

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above

• Must have passion towards young children and educating young children

• Cheerful, supportive, caring, patient, responsible and initiative

• Creative in devising themes, curriculum and gimmicks to teach and engage the interest of the kids

• At least 3 year teaching experience is preferred

• Knowledge of teaching Cantonese is a must
