Job Duty

Campaign Management
-
Lead planning and execution of brand and product campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

Manage campaign timelines, budgets, performance, and optimization.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
-
Develop and execute always-on digital marketing plans (Meta, Google, etc.).

Manage official social media accounts — from content calendar, copywriting, and creative briefing to community engagement.

Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI.

Creative & Content Management
-
Oversee concept development and production of visuals, videos, and copy.

Collaborate with designers, influencers, and agencies to create trend-relevant and brand-aligned content.

Stay close to pop culture, youth trends, and emerging platforms to keep our brand fresh and relatable.

Offline Activation
-
Plan and execute in-store promotions, pop-ups, and partner collaborations.

Ensure offline campaigns align with digital messaging and drive measurable results.

What You Will Bring
-
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-
4+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
-
Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, offline).
-
Deep understanding of social media trends and Gen-Z culture.

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
-
Hands-on experience with paid media, analytics tools, and social platforms.

Creative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
