Responsibilities 主要職責

• Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen daily operation
• 協助廚房日常運作及負責製作冷盤及熱盤等食品
• Maintain food quality and ensure food product meets the company's requirements.
• 維護食品品質及確保出品符合公司要求
• Perform duties set aside by the Head Chef
• 履行主廚安排的工作
• Maintain high standards of hygiene for kitchen area
• 保持廚房的衛生標準

Requirements 要求

• At least 1-year relevant working experience is required
• 最少一年相關工作經驗
• Good team player, responsible, hardworking and polite
• 具良好團隊合作精神,盡責,勤奮及有禮貌
• Shift duty required
• 需輪班
