職責：

• 制定及執行產品採購計劃，負責選品、議價、下單及到貨時程控制

• 開發與維護本地及海外供應商網絡，開拓新貨源及品牌合作
• 分析成本、毛利、銷售及庫存週轉數據，支援採購決策
• 跟進採購訂單、出貨及文件，確保流程順暢
• 收集市場價格、促銷活動及競品資訊
• 協助準備採購報告及供應商表現評估
• 參與國際展會與採購洽談

任職要求：

• 專上或以上學歷，主修商業、供應鏈、國際貿易或相關科目
• 歡迎具 1–5 年採購或供應鏈管理經驗者；具快速消費品（FMCG）經驗優先
• 具良好談判技巧、分析能力及市場敏感度
• 熟悉 Excel 或 Google Sheet，用於報表及數據分析
• 良好中、英文溝通能力
• 具國際採購經驗或品牌資源者優先考慮

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product procurement plans, including product selection, negotiation, ordering, and delivery scheduling

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas suppliers to identify new sourcing opportunities and brand partnerships

• Analyze cost, margin, sales, and inventory turnover data to support procurement decisions

• Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct market research on pricing, promotions, and competitor activities
• Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations
• Participate in international trade shows and sourcing negotiations

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related disciplines
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management; FMCG experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and market awareness skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Experience in international sourcing or brand management is an advantage
