Buyer (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Our client is seeking a Japanese-speaking to join them.

Job Duties:

• Propose buying plans to new vendors
• Liaise with overseas suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and resolve order-related issues
• Source new products and vendors as needed to meet business objectives
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and damage/loss ratios, and propose actionable improvement plans

job Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in buying, sourcing, category management, vendor management, etc.
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• Good command of negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvement strategies
