Buyer (Fashion / Luxury)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, sourcing and analyzing the new product development
• Prepare commercial plans to achieve sales, margin and penetration targets
• Analyze sales performance for related categories with pricing strategies
• Multivendor management with strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
• Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• With 2-3 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities
• Strong strategic and commercial mind-set, business acumen with good problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and ability to plan and work well under pressure
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
