職責：

- 安排和管理菲傭、保母、司機和廚師 工作

- 管理家庭成員日常生活所需和流程

- 安排家中人員健康管理

- 安排家中日常物資採購

- 協調家庭成員和其他工作人員之間，確保家庭運營順暢

- 提供高品質的生活服務管旅行安排準備

- 管理別墅的維修 保護等問題

- 管理家庭的預算和財務，包括制定預算計劃，監督開支，確保家庭的財務狀況良好
 

要求
- 能操流利普通话，良好的廣東話、英語

- 有3年以上別墅管家級別的工作經驗

- 衛生、收納、服務：對標五星級酒店的服務標準

- 對酒、雪茄等存放認知、餐具搭配、食材搭配（家庭成員身體情況搭配營養標準）、接待要求標準等

- 有安全、應急事件處理的經驗

- 有責任心、做事有條理， 有良好溝通技巧

- 能隨時侯命

Job Description:

• Assist in daily operation for Director's family household matters and secretarial support;
• Liaise and work closely with helper and drivers for family daily operation;
• Organize family events including dinners, outgoing activities..etc;
• Responsible for arranging the schedule of family members
• Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and event arrangement.
• And ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 3 years or more relevant experience handling personal matters/butler.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stable working history
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
• Flexible and willing to live-in when equired
• Immediately available is highly preferred
