Eber is a Loyalty Marketing SaaS platform that empowers businesses to create and manage Loyalty and Rewards programs. Trusted by leading brands like Lalamove, The Coffee Academics, and OnTheList in Hong Kong, we help companies build lasting customer relationships.
We’re expanding our team in our newly established Hong Kong office to support our growing customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the entire sales process: from developing outreach strategies and engage potential clients, to identifying and qualifying leads, pitching our solutions, and successfully closing deals. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a strong pipeline of new business.

Objectives and Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle Management:Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through thorough research and outreach efforts. Utilise various channels, including social media, emails and cold calls, to connect with prospects.
Qualifying & Nurturing Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their fit to Eber, and build strong relationships to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and Eber.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine your approach.
Who are we looking for?
- A strong interest and proven ability in full-cycle sales, particularly in a B2B Saas environment.
- Experience or a solid understand of e-commerce and marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce tools).
- A belief in the power of technology and data-driven approaches to solve business challenges.
- A self-starter attitude, highly motivated to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals independently.

Qualifications and Skillsets:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business development experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing technology/ SaaS environment.
Technological: Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms, or a strong willingness to learn new software quickly.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information, present solutions, and negotiate effectively.
Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer behaviour and business needs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Creativity: Think creatively and develop innovative sales approaches, and provide practical solution for clients.
