Job Description
To enhance our client response system, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Officer to join our POAD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming media enquiries via general line, email, and website.
- Receive, identify, and categorize various types of enquiries, directing them to the appropriate internal teams for further action.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for handling designated enquiries, ensuring progression from initial contact to final deal closure.
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or enquiry-handling role (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Independent, responsible, and highly attentive to details
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
