Business Manager

Responsibilities:

• With directly reporting to senior management, the candidate is responsible for driving sales, brand building and daily operation of assigned brand.
• Responsible for product development, inventory control, product costing and pricing.
• Identify the market trends, consumer and competitors markets, brand opportunities for business growth.
• Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of the targets.
• Cooperate with other brands to maximize the performance of the company.
• As a coach of the team to enhance the team spirit.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in retail industry or sales and marketing
• Excellent in planning, organizing, communication and leadership skills
• Independent and innovative for the changes
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC and MS office
• Experience in floristry and shop management is highly preferable

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
