Business Executive (Sales)/Deputy Manager (Mineral & Metal Resources Dept.)

We are now inviting candidate of high caliber to join us in the following capacity in our Mineral & Metal Resources Dept.

Job Duties:

1. To achieve the sales/GP target by following up daily correspondence with overseas offices, customers, suppliers and internal parties. Business trip for customer visits and exhibition attendance.
2. To support GM/ senior staff in the daily business, to follow the team’s direction and department’s strategy.
3. To monitor and minimize the business risk (negotiation, contract, logistics, credit, compliance) and comply with the company policy.
4. To perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years or above relevant working experience
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Self-initiative, aggressive, responsible, well-organized and be a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to work overtime if necessary
• Ability of finishing assigned job and taking up ad-hoc mission within time constraint
• Basic knowledge of shipping / account (e.g Inco Terms, L/C, .D/P…etc)
• Good command of English & Mandarin (Japanese proficiency can be advantage but not essential.)
• Good command of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Typing
• Business trip to Southeast Asia & Africa
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager
