Business Executive

Key Responsibilities

1、Assist in managing the entire process of bidding for ICT projects, leading teams involving all parties including sales, SE, legal, finance and external partners.

2、Assist in the preparation of bid documents, execution of project bids and business deliveries, and provide full support for the "delivery to payment" (LTC) process.

3、Assist in handling procurement activities for DICT projects and act as a liaison between internal parties and external suppliers for orders from local and overseas suppliers.

4、Assist in the development of DICT ecosystem to achieve the company's business development objectives, prepare proposals and present them to the management team.

5、Help build up the capacity of overseas regions and offices through various trainings or other methods.

Requirements

1、Degree or above in computer, communication, electronic information, network security, supply chain management, marketing or related majors, excellent conditions can be relaxed

2, With at least 1 year and above ICT project bidding experience

3、Familiar with ICT business process, able to provide full support from "from delivery to payment" (LTC) process.

4、Holding PMP, CCNP or equivalent certificates is preferred.

5、Must be proficient in the use of MS Office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint.

6、Fast learner with excellent analytical skills and presentation skills.

7、Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
