Business Development Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
 

• Oversee the development and site selection for stores and Roboshops, including information gathering, evaluation, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage contract amendments and lead business negotiations effectively.
• Achieve individual annual contract signing targets while meeting turnover and other OKR objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the seamless implementation and successful deployment of Roboshops.
• Conduct market research/regular visits to maintain and strengthen relationships with landlords and potential partners in order to expand the product pipeline.

• Build strong long-term relationships with business partners, including but not limited to large shopping malls, office buildings, universities, and tourist attractions etc.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with over 5 years of experience in business development and market research.
• Have a rental store, be familiar with local shopping malls in Hong Kong, and property management is preferred
• Responsible, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with strong logical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Hands on local business development experience in Hong Kong.
• In-depth market knowledge of key business districts.
