Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

The Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving perFACE’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.

•  Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new contracts or partnerships.

•  Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and product development) to align business development strategies with company objectives.

•  Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

•  Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and pipeline development.

•  Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

•  Contribute to the development of long-term business development strategies and goals.

•  Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing or a related field.

•  3-5 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably in healthcare/beauty.

•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets or securing new business opportunities.

•  Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.

•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

•  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
