Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support company growth.
  • Identify and pursue new clients and potential business opportunities.
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain long-term business partnerships by delivering professional services.
  • Monitor market trends and industry news; actively participate in community meetings.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional responsibilities.

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Be target-driven with a self-motivated and proactive work attitude.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be passionate about achieving success and exceeding goals.
  • Be willing to conduct outdoor site visit meetings as required.
