Business Development Manager

Job Duties

• Identify and explore potential outdoor signages that can be turned into business opportunity
• Carry out media feasibility studies, prepare pitching materials and tender submission
• Maximize the commercial value of media spaces across different media sites (exclusive and non-exclusive)
• Develop good rapport with landlords of exclusive and non-exclusive media sites
• Leverage the expertise in engineering and architecture to provide sound solution to landlord in compliance with the requirement from the regulatory authorities (e.g., Buildings Department).
• Work closely with inter-dept units to ensure smooth and timely delivery of media projects
• Understand new media industry dynamics by identifying key priorities and risks when evaluating the business opportunities
• Keep abreast of the market development and formulate proposal for new initiatives in response to the market situation

Requirement

• University graduate with major in Civil Engineering or E&M Engineering is preferred
• 8 years of experience, of which 3 years of experience in the field of OOH is preferred
• Experience in building surveying will be an advantage
• Proactive and customer-oriented
• Strong communication, presentational and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
