Business Development Manager (eCommerce)

You will:

• Identify potential customers, understand their needs and solicit new clients
• Establish and develop long term business relationship with merchants in order to increase market penetration
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow the business
• Provide professional customer services and day-to-day operational support to merchants
• Collect feedback from clients on improvement areas to enhance sustainability
• Monitor business activities and results, prepare analytics and management reports to drive business growth
• Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads if any
• Achieve the assigned KPIs on new merchants, including new merchant acquisition and other business targets assigned

You should have /be:

• University graduate with minimum 4 years’ experience in health & wellness or eCommerce industry
• Achieve the assigned KPIs on new merchants, including new merchant acquisition and other business targets assigned
• Establish and develop long term business relationship with merchants in order to increase market penetration
• Provide professional customer services and day-to-day operational support to merchants
• Independent and self-driven to achieve target
• Good analytical skills and independent thinking to resolve business and operation issues
• Strong self-motivation and passion to work in a challenging environment
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive
