About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CTAS Aviation Services Limited as a Business Development Manager - Commercial. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's commercial client base within the Airport Area Islands District. You will play a key strategic role in shaping the commercial direction of the organization and identifying new revenue streams.

Job Descriptions:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to identify, pursue and win new commercial clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the commercial aviation industry
  • Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and responding to tenders and requests for proposals
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations, finance and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention of new clients
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new areas for growth
  • Reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the senior management team

     

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience are preferable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing or aviation management
  • Proven track record of success in new business development, sales or account management within the commercial aviation or related industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
