Business Development Manager/ Account Manager (Bank)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle product sales related to custody in compliance with Hong Kong law, local regulatory body laws, the bank's policies, and associated risk management procedures
• Preserve custody account relationships, offer post-purchase assistance, arrange regular client service evaluations, assist in collecting comments from clients
• Stay up to date on client requests for custody services, and offer feedback on client-related procedures
• Participate in the due diligence and client onboarding processes.
• Contribute to the administration of standard documents regarding the product and offer sales assistant or RFP input where required
• Communicate and collaborate with relationship managers to promote custody services and offer the client or relationship managers with the cost in line with pricing plans.
• Contribute to the creation of business and product marketing plans for long-, medium-, and short-term custody in line with the Bank's business strategy.

Requirement:

• University Degree or equivalent is a must, minimum 4 years of relevant experience on securities and custody business is preferred
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
• Business Trips may be required
