Responsibilities (What you will do)
Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, platforms) in overseas markets (US, EU, Middle East) via Social media, email, cold calls, external data, and exhibitions.
Account Management & Negotiation: Maintain relationships with existing clients; conduct business negotiations to maximize sales volume.
Payment & Risk Management: Manage the full sales cycle including quotation and order processing. Collaborate with Finance to track payment collection and assess the credit risk of new clients to ensure capital safety.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to resolve issues related to shipment, customs clearance, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery.
Strategy & Analysis: Formulate sales strategies based on market trends. Prepare sales reports and analyze competitor activities.
Customer Service: Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally (e.g., damage claims, shipping delays) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements (Who we are looking for)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above. Graduates from top-tier universities are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales/trading experience. Candidates with existing client resources in the beauty trading sector will be prioritized.
Trade Knowledge: Solid understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms: FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and import/export procedures.
Data Sensitivity: Strong numerical sense with the ability to calculate quotations quickly based on exchange rate fluctuations, shipping costs, and profit margins.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are highly preferred for inventory analysis and reporting. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Language: High proficiency in English (for overseas clients), Cantonese (for local clients), and Mandarin (for internal communication).
Personality: Outgoing, aggressive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure. A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Mobility: Willing to travel occasionally for overseas exhibitions (e.g., Cosmoprof, TFWA) and client visits .
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary Structure: HK$20,000 Base Salary (Negotiable) + High Commission (Calculated on Total Order Value & Released Monthly).
