Business Development Executive 業務拓展主任

Qualifications & experience

• Knowledge in Sales or Marketing field, preferably in new business development and market research;
• Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated with positive working attitude;
• Team player with a good sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
• Able to work on multi-tasks and willing to achieve goals;
• Less experience / Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
• 了解銷售和市場營銷領域，熟悉新業務開發和市場研究者優先;
• 良好溝通、表達和人際交往能力;
• 自我激勵與正面的工作態度;
• 團隊合作精神與責任感;
• 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力（廣東話）;
• 同時處理多項任務;
• 歡迎具潛力的應屆畢業生或經驗較少者.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas;
• Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling;
• Building up connection with potential new customers and generate sales leads by, e.g. cold calling, on-site visiting, and social media connection etc.
• Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service;
• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand and meet their needs, and solve problem for clients
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and partners;
• Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities, analyze data to identify trends;
• Meetings, research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
• 建立銷售目標和詳細業務計劃;
• 透過市場研究、行業分析和客戶分析來識別潛在客戶和市場分析;
• 透過例如促銷電話，拜訪客戶等方式，與客戶建立關係並推廣公司產品；
• 定期舉辦客戶會議以確保優質服務;
• 與客戶保持定期聯繫，了解並滿足他們的需求，為客戶解決問題;
• 維護現有客戶、潛在客戶、合作夥伴和供應商的資料庫;
• 說明產品和服務的價值以創造增長機會;
• 收集和分析數據以確定趨勢;
• 與現有客戶和潛在客戶會面、研究並協助開發業務.
