Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying new market opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Own the full business development lifecycle regionally
- Mentor and guide junior members of the Business Development team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Client Relationship & Retention:
- Build and manage high-level, strategic relationships with key executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Champion client success, focusing on retention, adoption, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our suite of products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships through a mix of in-person meetings, conference calls, and strategic business reviews.
Collaboration & Solutioning:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, UX, Implementation, and Marketing team) to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Act as the "voice of the customer," synthesizing market research, client feedback, and industry trends to inform product development and strategic business expansion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must-Haves:
10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within the Technology, or B2B SaaS sectors.
- A proven track record of managing multi-million dollar accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and driving sustainable growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in project management and mentoring teams.
Full professional fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory.
