中國業務拓展區域總監 （招聘多名）

• 主要負責開拓國內高凈值人群和外資企業客戶，提供資產配置、高端生活方式、企業投融資等在內的全方位金融服務。
• 發掘國內特定區域的客戶理財需求，提供境外投資及保險服務，提高公司投資、保險、理財、置業等業務的銷售業績。
• 負責國內特定區域關鍵銷售渠道、銷售網絡的建設與拓展，增加市場占有率，並結合公司資源輸出具有行業特色的解決方案。
• 分析市場需求和進行銷售預測，定期在香港總部匯報區域內的運營和績效問題，與其他部門進行協調合作。

**國內特定區域包括但不限於國內省份/城市 （例如：北京，上海，天津，河北，河南，廣東，浙江，四川，江蘇，山東，福建，湖南，湖北，等等）

任職要求：

• 具有3-5年以上中國市場銷售經驗及必須在國內特定區域有人脈資源。
• 熟悉國內特定區域工作環境，有投資或物業產品相關的工作經驗優先。
• 具備良好的市場開拓精神、客戶分析能力、維護能力和領導能力。
