Business Analyst / Project Manager (Entertainment client)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team, supporting a leading client in the entertainment sector. Your primary focus will be on automating HR workflows, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.

• Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for HR automation projects.

• Analyze and assess existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.

• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Contribute to solution design and participate in ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

• Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for automated HR workflows.

• Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate activities using sound project management practices.

• Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

• Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR workflow automation or process improvement projects.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, especially in the HR module or workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing deliverables and timelines.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in business English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills being advantageous.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation.

• Experience working with clients in the entertainment or media industry.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
