Business Analyst | Planning & Data analysis (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing merchandising processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency within the merchandising team.
• Utilize Excel, VBA, and SQL databases extensively to analyze data, create reports, and build models that support decision-making processes.
• Work collaboratively with the IT department and external vendors to design and deploy automated systems.
• Maintain a keen interest in learning and applying Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Train and support merchandising team members on new systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in process automation, data analysis, and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supply chain, operations, or merchandising role with a strong emphasis on process analysis and improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL databases is essential.
• Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in Python.
• Experience with UI Path and Tableau is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
