Building Services Engineer

Duties :
 

• To manage sub-contractors’ on technical submission, material delivery, site installation, T&C work and defect rectification
• To prepare CSID and CBWD with BS sub-contractors, UU and builder’s work team
• To liaise with client’s designers to resolve technical problems
• To carry out quality assurance and control on BS installation
• To organize and attend regular BS or UU Coordination Meeting
• To coordinate sequence of works, interfacing details and builder’s work requirement
• To carry out statutory inspection, system handover and DLP matters

Requirements:
 

• Higher Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years’ site experience
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and AutoCAD
• Candidate with more experience / qualification will be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer
• To be stationed on site if required
