Responsibilities:
- Coordination with sub-contractors for work sequence, installation programme, interfacing details and builder's work requirement;
- Monitor the progress and quality of E&M submission;
- Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments on issues related to building services;
- Monitor the site progress, workmanship for E&M installation;
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of relevant site working experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
