A Force Technology Ltd is the authorized distributor of YMTC for SSD product. And A Force distributes beauty product (light therapy technology) in Hong Kong and world wide. Our another company is the authorized distributor of Kioxia (formally named Toshiba Memory) for SD card and USB products.
--About the role: We are hiring a Director of Brand and Business Development 品牌與業務發展總監 to formulate/execute dual-track (technology & beauty) brand and business strategies for A Force, leveraging key industry resources to meet growth metrics, while leading Mainland China market expansion and key overseas market (e.g., SE Asia, Europe, America) development via partner collaboration. This role also oversees full-link beauty agency operations, brand promotion (via communication matrix & media partnerships), and large-scale brand events for customer conversion, plus leads data analysis and regular reports to support strategic adjustments and boost brand influence/profitability.
--What you will be doing
1) Formulate and implement the brand development and business expansion strategy for A Force’s dual-track business of technology and beauty, and leverage core industry resources (including mainland government resources, relevant industry associations, media resources, etc.). Break down strategic goals into actionable quarterly/monthly plans to ensure the achievement of business growth indicators (e.g., sales volume, market share).
制定並執行A Force 科技與美妝雙軌業務的品牌發展及業務拓展戰略,聯動行業核心資源(內地政府資源、有關行業協會、媒體資源等)。拆解戰略目標為可落地的季度/月度計劃,確保業務增長指標(如銷售額、市場份額)達成;
2) Leverage extensive industry network resources and strong business development capabilities to lead the development of the mainland market. This includes guiding the team to conduct market research in target regions (analyzing consumer demand and competitive landscape), implement hierarchical management of key customers (establishing customer profiles and maintaining cooperative relationships regularly), and build diversified sales channels (e.g., cross-border cooperation channels); meanwhile, take charge of business expansion in selected key overseas markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, America, etc.), engage with local partners, promote the signing of cooperation agreements and project implementation, and expand the business footprint.

3) Lead the end-to-end operation of the beauty brand agency business: guide the team to develop marketing promotion plans (including new product launch promotion and promotional activity planning), optimize channel operation efficiency (regularly evaluate channel sales volume and profits, and adjust cooperation policies), and upgrade brand image (unify the application of visual identity system across all channels); enhance the market share and profitability of the agency business through business development initiatives (e.g., developing new agency brands, expanding sinking market channels).
主導美妝品牌代理業務的全鏈路運營,帶領團隊制定市場推廣方案(含新品上市推廣、促銷活動策劃)、優化管道運營效率(定期評估管道銷量與利潤,調整合作政策)、升級品牌形象(統一視覺識別系統在各管道的應用),通過業務拓展動作(如開發新代理品牌、拓展下沉市場管道)提升代理業務的市場佔有率及盈利能力;
4) Oversee the detailed implementation of the entire brand promotion process:guide the team to build a brand communication matrix (covering social media, industry media, offline advertising, etc.), develop targeted promotional content (e.g., product popularization, customer cases, corporate updates), monitor promotion effectiveness (through data such as exposure and conversion rate) and optimize strategies; deepen media cooperation (establish a long-term media resource database, organize media interviews and industry reports) to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation in the technology and beauty sectors.
統籌品牌宣傳全流程細化執行,帶領團隊搭建品牌傳播矩陣(涵蓋社交媒體、行業媒體、線下廣告等),策劃針對性宣傳內容(如產品科普、客戶案例、企業動態),監測宣傳效果(通過曝光量、轉化率等數據)並優化策略;深化媒體合作(建立長期媒體資源庫,組織媒體專訪、行業報導),提升品牌在科技及美妝領域的知名度與美譽度;
5) Coordinate the alignment between large-scale brand activities and business development: plan and execute events such as industry exhibitions, brand launch conferences, and customer appreciation events; clarify the linkage between events and business development goals (e.g., customer negotiations during exhibitions, new product channel recruitment); follow up on customer conversion and cooperation implementation after events.
統籌大型品牌活動與業務拓展協同:策劃並執行行業展覽、品牌發佈會、客戶答謝會等活動,明確活動與業務拓展目標的聯動(如展會期間的客戶洽談、新品管道招商),跟進活動後的客戶轉化與合作落地;
6) Regularly issue business development and brand promotion reports: guide the team to analyze market trends, competitors’ strategies, and business data (e.g. channel sales volume, customer growth); put forward optimization suggestions to provide data support for the company’s strategic adjustments.
定期輸出業務拓展與品牌宣傳報告:帶領團隊分析市場動態、競品策略、業務數據(如管道銷量、客戶增長),提出優化建議,為公司戰略調整提供數據支撐。
--What we are looking for:
1) Possess post-secondary education or above; majors in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields are preferred; candidates with overseas academic qualifications will be given priority.
專上教育程度或以上,工商管理、法學、市場行銷、經濟學、金融學等相關專業優先;持有海外學歷者將獲優先考慮;
2) Have solid management experience; practical experience ingovernment/institution liaison, brand promotion, or business development is highly advantageous.
具備成熟的管理經驗,擁有政府/機構對接、品牌推廣或業務拓展相關實戰經驗者更優;
3) Demonstrate excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural coordination skills; be familiar with the business environments of the mainland and Hong Kong; possess the ability to engage with overseas markets (e.g., overseas customer development, cross-border cooperation promotion).
具備出色的商務溝通能力、談判技巧及跨文化協調能力,熟悉內地與香港商業環境,具備海外市場對接(如海外客戶開發、跨境合作推進)能力;
4) Have innovative thinking and cross-border resource integration capabilities; beable to explore new markets (e.g., sinking markets for beauty products, emerging overseas markets for technology products) and build new channels (e.g., through media cooperation, cross-border brand co-branding channels) based on business needs.

5)Be familiar with the entire process of brand promotion; possess data-driven thinking; be able to optimize strategies through promotion data to support business development.

6) Candidates with work experience in the mainland will be given priority.
