Boutique Supervisor - Blancpain

Blancpain is seeking for high caliber candidate for the following positions:

Boutique Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Boutique Manager to lead and supervise the team in the store to achieve the assigned sales and customer service targets
• Ensure all directions and guidelines from management are followed properly
• Ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices are in place to facilitate the achievement of sales and customer service targets
• Monitor customers' feedback, service standard and general performance
• Support Boutique Manager in development through training, coaching, and use of KPI

Candidate Profile:

• Post-secondary or above
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in luxury products, preferably in watch and jewelry business, and at least 2 years at management level is preferred
• Pleasant, customer oriented and team player
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Proficiency in MS office suite
