What you’ll be doing?

•   Responsible for daily account receivable.

•   Payment reconciliation via bank or other payment channels

•    Maintain invoicing, records & reports

•    Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve billing enquiries

•    Prepare monthly statement and receipt

•    Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned

What are we looking for? 

• At least 2 years working experience in billing / AR / Credit collection

• Ability to attend to detail and accuracy.

• Good interpersonal, organizational skills, self-motivated and active team player

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Familiar with MS office and Zoho would be an advantage

• Immediate available is preferred
